We can only deliver to the mainland UK.

Our couriers can only deliver to UK mainland addresses, however, we can deliver to any freight forwarding company based in the UK, who would then be able to transport the item(s) anywhere in the world. The customer would need to organise the onward travel once our couriers had delivered the item(s).

Our standard delivery service charges are as follows:

• Over £299.00 – Free Delivery
• Under £299.00 – £15.00 Delivery Charge

Please note: some remote postcodes carry an extra delivery surcharge.

Our standard delivery service operates between 7am – 9pm Monday – Friday with an approximate 3-hour time slot provided.

We also offer Premium Delivery Services allowing you to pick a designated time slot. For details please visit our Timed Delivery Page.

You will normally receive an SMS/email the evening prior to standard delivery to inform you of your estimated 3-hour delivery slot for the following day.

In most cases online tracking will be provided the day before delivery. If you have not received this please email [email protected] or call 01423 863914 with your order number.

All time slots are only an estimation and cannot be guaranteed, so we advise that delivery is treated as an all-day service.

According to your delivery preferences, our courier can leave items on your doorstep or deliver into the property. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more details.

If timeslots are available for your postcode you will be able to select one at checkout. All times are approximate — you will normally receive an email/text the evening before advising of an estimated time slot.

We do not offer an assembly service. However, you may wish to contact Screwdriver on 0800 454828 for a price quotation.

When more than one item is ordered, they may arrive separately. Please contact our customer service team via our online support form for clarification.

You will normally receive a text/email the evening prior with your estimated 2–3 hour delivery slot. You may also receive an update on the day, although this cannot be guaranteed. If you haven't heard anything by the day of delivery, please call our team.

We use Panther Logistics & XDP for most orders. Some items may be delivered directly by supplier couriers. If you've ordered more than one item, you may receive separate deliveries from separate couriers.

Unfortunately this is not currently an option. All goods are dispatched and delivered via a third-party courier direct from our supplier.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation. If you've selected a delivery date, goods will be dispatched for that date. If an item has a lead time, we'll contact you once it's ready to arrange delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If it's not in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team and we'll resend it.

Unfortunately we don't accept payments over the phone. For security reasons, all orders need to be placed online.

Yes, we offer a disposal and recycling service from just £39.00. When ordering a new bed or mattress, you can add this service at checkout.

Please wrap up your old item(s) in advance so the delivery team can pick them up as quickly and safely as possible.

We will collect your old items at the same time as we deliver your new order.

All items come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, with some items having a warranty of up to 15 years. Please check each product page for the exact warranty period.

If your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. Please fill out our Online Support Form detailing the fault.

At the checkout stage you will be presented with the option to apply for finance. Please note we can only deliver to the invoice address — this is a requirement of our third-party finance company.

We have partnered with Klarna to offer credit as a payment option. With the Klarna Financing payment plan, you can spread your payments over 3, 12, 24 or 36 months.
