Can I try out beds in the showroom?
Yes, you can try a range of beds and mattresses in-store to find the right comfort and support for you.
Can I buy a bed in-store and take it home the same day?
Some products are available for same-day collection or takeaway, depending on stock. Our team can confirm availability when you visit.
Do you offer delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £299 (£15 otherwise). Divan beds are set up as part of the delivery service, flat-packed items can also be assembled for an additional charge of £49.
Do you remove my old bed or mattress?
Yes we offer this service for a charge of £39.
Is parking available at the showroom?
Unfortunately as we are on the high street we dont have any allocated parking, we do advise there is free disc parking on the road opposite the store for a maximum of 2 hours.
Do you offer finance options in-store?
Yes, finance options may be available. Ask our team in-store and we’ll be happy to explain the options.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and availability, but many beds and mattresses are available with fast delivery. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery date when you order.
Can I order online after visiting the showroom?
Yes, many customers visit the showroom to try products and then place their order online later – our team can guide you to the right product pages.
