I initially purchased this mattress for the spare bed when my daughter was coming for a 3 week visit. It was she who told me just 'HOW' comfortable it really was. After her departure, I swapped my (old OK mattress), for the new one. Wow, what a difference. The reason I didn't gave a 4 star status is because the mattress cannot be turned over unlike my previous one however, for comfort sake, it is a winner therefore a 5 star for that. It is soft, welcoming & luxurious whilst the many pockets give it the firm feel. I would highly recommend this mattress.

I was initially a bit put off by the fact you can feel the springs through the sizes (the sides are not cushioned), but actually having visited bed shops, this is quite usual for the basic grades of mattress. Having said that, you really don't notice it once in use and the mattress is really comfortable. It's on our guest bed. We have slept on it ourselves and we have only received good comments about it from guests too.
