Bought myself and my wife Eve mattresses for our superking (2 x long singles) electric bed but after about 6 months she sharted getting back ache. Thought nothing of it but after 2 weeks on holiday on a much softer mattress and her back ache all but disappearing, bought one of these to replace the Eve and all her back pains have gone. Very comfortable mattress. It is not too firm but is medium firmness. The memory foam layer is very supportive. It actually feels like your floating on air and your body feels very light. Only downside to this mattress is that the memory foam layer is only on one side. So the mattress cant be turned over to prolong its life. I would recommend it.
