Bought this for the grandchildren. Went together easily but the instructions were not that easy to follow. The whole thing went together in about two hours. We found that we had a rung missing from the ladder and had to contact the seller. They responded in good order and sent us three new rungs within a couple of days. Product does seem sturdy but we will see when the grandchildren have had chance to use
