Rang bedstar , no wants to talk to me about it ; told to fill in on line form , can't get through to anyone , where is the order number? Very dissatisfied , will not order from them again - no one wants to talk to you when you have a problem.

Bought one in December but now throwing it away after three weeks of broken nights sleep. I contacted the seller who said 'tough', you've opened it and slept on it. The fact that I gave it time in the hope that it was still recovering original shape counted against me.
