This is a very good mattress but its not as firm as I expected from the description. The gel topper adds a significant plushness that while comfortable might not be ideal for someone who needs a truly firm orthopaedic surface. It provides great support but the initial feel is softer than Id like. A 4star rating for me but a 5star for most people.

As someone who usually sleeps hot I was skeptical about the UltraGel cooling claims. Im happy to report it genuinely works! The mattress surface stays noticeably cooler throughout the night. It doesnt feel cold to the touch just neutral which prevents that sticky overheated feeling. Combined with the excellent support its the best sleep Ive had in summer.
