We bought this for our 14-year-old son who was complaining about his old saggy mattress. His main issues were feeling too hot and waking up with a stiff back. This mattress solved both problems instantly. The cooling feature is a godsend for a teenager whose room seems to be permanently 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The support is excellent; it feels solid and robust not soft and flimsy which gives us peace of mind for his growing spine. We knocked off one star because it did have a slight new mattress smell for the first 48 hours (we aired the room well) and it is quite heavy! But a few days in its perfect. Hes sleeping better and so are we knowing hes comfortable and supported.
